Our dinners involve set menus, and our venues require final numbers and food orders well in advance. Because of this, our cancellation terms are:
More than 5 days before the event: Cancel for a full refund, less a small processing fee.
5 days to 72 hours before the event: We'll do our best to fill your place from our waitlist. If we can, you'll receive a full refund. If we can't, the ticket is non-refundable, as your place has already been catered for.
Within 72 hours of the event: Unfortunately no refunds can be issued at this stage, as final numbers and food orders are locked in with the venue.
Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 days of the event.
If your plans change, please let us know as early as you can. The sooner we know, the better the chance we can offer your seat to someone on the waitlist and refund you in full.
Can't make it but want to send someone in your place? Get in touch, we're usually happy to transfer your spot to another founder or leader, subject to approval.
